MPMA Announces
2024 Scholarship Recipient

(Fraser, MI )The Michigan Pest Management Association (MPMA) is excited to share great news- thanks to the amazing generosity of our members, we’ve been able to award 2 scholarships this year. Let’s give a big round of applause to Madeline Embree and Brandon Sullivan, the deserving recipients of the 2024 scholarship awards!

Madeline, recommended by Carl Embree of Rose Pest Solutions, has received a $1,500.00 scholarship. She’s studying Agricultural Business Management and Accounting at Northwest State Community College. As for Brandon, rec- ommended by Jason Sullivan of Action WDI Specialist, he’s pursuing a degree in Education at Saginaw Valley State University and has been awarded a $500.00 scholarship.

Heading the 2024 Scholarship Committee is Bill Welsh of Rose Pest Solutions, with Kevin Denardo of Ehrlich, Charles Bellgraph of Aardvark Pest Manage- ment, Inc., and David Driver of Veseris also lending their expertise.

“Thank you to our members who contribute to our scholarship fund through the Winter Meeting Silent Auction. The support and dedication of our members make it possible for MPMA to give back to the pest management community. We appreciate you,” commented Bill Welsh.
